After attacking Naruto, Sai predicts that they will meet again soon, then vanishes. Tsunade meets with the village elders, Homura and Koharu, who feel that Naruto, as a Jinchuuriki, should not be sent on missions involving the Akatsuki. Tsunade refuses to comply.
