Cop and Cherry Hartmoore operate an auto performance garage in a depressed economy. In desperation to make ends meet, Cherry enters an illegal rally race to pay off some of the business’s debt. After learning of Cherry's race, Cop fears for the safety of his only daughter and thus turns to an old employer with a bloody history for help.
